Why not just use an AI website builder?
You can, and for some owners it’s the right call. Express is for owners who would rather spend those hours on their business. We use AI too. Then a professional digital marketer writes from your answers, checks every page on a phone, and launches it with you. After launch, you send us a change instead of logging in.
Can I edit it myself?
On the $197 plan, you don’t have to: send us the change and we make it. If your team wants to edit, we can rebuild your site in the editor inside Co-Create CRM, quoted first. On the $997 plan, you own the files and can edit them yourself or have anyone you like do it.
Is it written by AI?
Drafted by AI, never left to it. AI drafts each page from your answers, then a quality check, then Devyn, a professional digital marketer in Canada, edits it before you see it. You get one round of changes and sign off before it goes live.
Is it a template?
Not an off-the-shelf one. We start from proven page layouts, then design around your logo and write from your answers.
Is the prototype the real site?
Yes. It is a working site of five pages, built from your brief and your logo, not a sketch or a mock-up. Like it? One round of tweaks, then it goes live on your domain with a 30-minute Launch Call to walk you through it. The prototype becomes your site.
What if I want more revisions?
One round of changes is included, so gather everything you spot, page by page, before you sign off. After that, a change under 15 minutes is $30 CAD. Longer jobs are $150 CAD an hour, billed in 15-minute steps, on either plan. On the $197 plan, two quick changes a month are included.
What if I need more than five pages?
Express is five pages by design, so it ships next day. If you need more pages, or a site built around how your business works, that is a custom website, quoted after a free Clarity Call. Start with Express anyway: upgrade within six months of going live and up to $997 of what you paid counts toward the custom build.
Can you connect it to the tools I already use?
Often, yes. Online booking (Jane, Square), a shop (Shopify, Breadstack), your Co-Create CRM forms and calendar, and most tools with a booking or buy link can connect to your Express site. Some are a simple embed, so the bookings or orders stay in that tool; some take more set-up. Tell us in your brief and we’ll say which. We quote any extra work first, and nothing is charged until you approve the price.
Can you move it to WordPress, Squarespace or another platform I use?
Yes. We can rebuild your site in the editor inside Co-Create CRM so you can change it yourself, or move it to WordPress, Squarespace or another platform your team already uses. It’s quoted work: we send you the price first and only start once you approve it. If it’s a custom build, your Head Start credit applies. Not sure which fits? Ask on a free Clarity Call.
What do I need to send?
Your answers to the brief and your logo. Photos help; we can use honest stock if you don’t have any.
When does the next-day clock start?
When you send a complete brief (every required question answered, plus your logo) on a business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, Pacific time, not counting BC statutory holidays. A brief sent on a weekend or holiday counts as sent at 9 am Pacific the next business day.
Whose name is on the domain and logins?
Yours. On the $997 plan, we hand over the site files, and you publish them on your own domain and hosting, in accounts you set up and pay for. On the $197 plan, your domain, content and accounts stay in your name. You get your own Co-Create CRM login. We look after the hosting and the site files.
