Here’s What We Built And What Changes For You — A Message from Devyn, Principal of Co-Creative
Last week, I announced to all my customers and past clients more details on what we’ve been up to.
Co-Creative Digital is officially launching as a Solution as a Service company and announcing new plans for all our customers—the small operators and orgs we know and love!
I want to take a few minutes to tell you what that means, why I built it this way, and what it means for you specifically

What’s actually changing…
For over the last decade, I’ve been watching the same pattern play out. A small business owner—a clinic owner, a nonprofit manager, a coach, a massage therapist, a manufacturer, a delivery company, a restaurant, a local shop—comes to me bruised.
Systems & Solutions Call
Join us every Wednesday for a live, private Q&A with digital marketing experts from Co-Creative Digital. Get advice to improve your online brand presence, whether you’re solo or on a team. Open to everyone, including new customers and prospects—no cost.
They’ve already spent money.
Maybe on a website template that sat unmaintained on cheap hosting.
Maybe on an expensive SaaS so overwhelming they never figured out how to use it.
Maybe on a freelancer or agency that delivered something fine on day one and then left them alone with a system that quietly stopped working.
By the time they reached me, the gap between what their work deserved and what their digital presence was actually doing for them had compounded into a real threat to their business.
These weren’t foolish people.
These were smart people with great ideas.
They were busy with people, laser-focused on serving their customers, their community or creating real change.
And they were good operators.
But each was making decisions, looking up to an industry that’s built—almost everywhere you look—to make digital marketing mysterious, magical, or too technical and inaccessible… instead of data-driven, results-oriented, cost-effective, and repeatable.
An industry built to serve big corporations, and gate-keep how marketing really works so you spend more ad dollars on platforms.
I built Co-Creative Digital to be the exact opposite of that. We don’t sell software access or websites and walk away. We don’t consult, then disappear. We want to keep things simple, stupid (like the KISS method, not an insult to you!).
We sell the full solution that a small operator needs to actually win online—the tools (a defensible, enterprise-grade marketing platform), the support (real humans, available when you need them), the pathways (a clear ladder for how we grow with you), and the networks (a community of peer operators, access to digital marketing experts, a training library, live AMA sessions).
And we want to be the first called upon to help optimize those solutions over the lifetime of the brand presence to maximize marketing results, because we think we care better than most about our customers.
Everything all-in—strategy, pricing, & results visible, all the receipts shown.
That’s what “Solution as a Service” means. Not Software as a Service
Remember—good marketers and web designers should be in the business of implementing solutions which sell products or services with you—not to you. And we want to be not only good marketers but great marketers—those who can solve marketing problems for everyone.
That means we are not a cost centre.
From here on out, we want it to be known: we ship solutions only. Those solutions should pay for themselves, and reward all our small operators who use them mightily. So here’s our first solution for you this year (with many more on the way).
Launching this May — New Online Growth System Plans for Small Businesses and Orgs, Starting at $197 CAD per month
Update, Wednesday, May 13 — We’ve decided to push the date on which the public may access new plan activations to Friday, May 15, at 12 PM PDT, with onboarding to follow soon after. This gives our active customers more time to understand what these new plans mean for them and why they may want to be the first to switch and join our onboarding queue before the plans are available to new customers. International pricing will be displayed at checkout.

Every Co-Creative Digital growth system plan supports one business entity with total brand ownership across their web presence:
What we don’t do
We won’t do contact caps.
We won’t put surcharges for additional business locations or subaccounts.
We strive for payment processor diversification and don’t charge anything on top of what you already pay with your processor – you can use Stripe, PayPal, or another processor of your choice, and we help you set it up.
There will be no “success tax” on your business.
Usage-based services (email, SMS, voice, AI) run on transparent monthly credits with disclosed markup.
Take $100 off for 3 Months (Activate Starter or Pro before May 30)
I had said we were to launch this week on Monday, so if you were checking our site this morning, eagerly waiting (I hope you’re excited as we are!)—we’re a bit behind schedule. Our team ran into issues with our new multisite installation because there’s a lot behind-the-scenes we’ve been building since this new business model idea was sparked about 15 months ago.
Since we had to rebuild our new WordPress site on Sunday, we’re pushing our launch (when these new plans can be activated) to later this week—see note above.
That means whoever’s first to purchase the Pro plan can have their onboarding call a few days after.
Pro signups are limited to 4 per month to ensure proper onboarding and success.
We invest over $1,000 in onboarding each Starter & Pro account.
After onboarding, customers have one week to work on their account and another week for follow-up for updates or fixes.
Many of the details about our new plans are live on our site now, and we’re putting out a lot more info over the next few days and weeks about Co-Create CRM and defensible marketing.
If Pro is your plan and you want to be among the first four onboarded over the next four weeks, getting in within the first hour or two is the safe play.
To be clear, these four spots are real. When those fill, the next signups will be waitlisted to start onboarding.
We can probably increase capacity for more co-creators as our team learns with you how to make onboarding as easy as possible for our customers, but right now, I want to make sure we’re doing everything right from the outset for everyone who wants to co-create with us.

Note for Existing Customers
As I said in my last, if you’ve worked with us at any point since 2019, you have a couple paths into the new structure during the grace period running through May 30, 2026:
- Introductory rates — We’ve discounted the Starter Plan and Pro rate by $100 off for the first three months if you subscribe before May 30th. You can also subscribe annually for three months instead of two, as a thank-you to the people who’ve been part of the Co-Creative journey since 2019.
- Your current rate honoured through September 30, 2026 — if you’re currently subscribed at less than $197 CAD/month, you can stay there through Q3, then transition onto whichever standard plan suits you best.
The affiliate program
If you’ve been a happy customer or partner and you’ve been informally vouching for us, here’s a way to get paid for what you’re already doing.
We’re launching a formal affiliate program next week.
What’s great is that now anyone who refers a new customer who activates a growth system (Starter or Pro Plan) earns a 10% recurring commission for as long as that customer remains subscribed.
The real best part, though?
For a limited time, we’re also giving a 10% commission on any future purchases they make with us, including high-ticket items like website builds and campaigns.
This offer is available during the launch window through September 30, 2026. After that, the commission structure for new affiliates may change.
Anyone who signs up before September 30 keeps the lifetime rate on every customer they refer in that window (the affiliate terms are already live here).
One more thing
I’m not going to pretend this is just business.
I built this company to fight for the mighty small operators that mainstream agencies and big investment firms treat as a revenue source rather than a brand that represents the awesome community they serve—the solo practitioners, the small nonprofits, the local shops, the creators, the advocacy groups doing real work on real budgets.
Every decision in how we’re doing business here on out reflects that—transparent pricing, brand ownership and control, the support model, the way we structured add-on services and more done-for-you solutions that we’re announcing next.
If you’ve been a customer, a project partner, or a friend of the company through any of the messy parts of the last seven years—thank you.
You’re the reason this exists. The new offer is just the formalized version of what I’ve been trying to build all along.
If you have any questions, reach out. I promise solutions.
