Co-Creative Digital — May 2026 Launch Promotion Terms

What this is

To mark the launch of Co-Creative Digital as a Solution as a Service company, we’re offering a limited-time promotion to both new customers and existing customers (anyone who’s worked with us at any point since January 2019). The promotion expires May 30, 2026 — after that date, all subscriptions go to standard published pricing.

You can choose any one of the three paths below. You can’t combine paths or switch retroactively.

Who qualifies

  • New customers — anyone signing up for a Growth System Plan for the first time during the promotion period (Path A or Path B)
  • Existing customers — anyone we’ve delivered services to since January 1, 2019, including current subscribers, paused customers, and one-time-project customers (Path A, Path B, or Path C)

To claim, you must subscribe to a Growth System Plan (or elect to maintain a legacy plan via Path C) before 11:59 PM Pacific on May 30, 2026.

The three paths

Path A — Discounted Starter

  • Months 1–3 (from your subscription start date): $97 CAD/month
  • Month 4 onward: $197 CAD/month (standard Starter rate)
  • Plan: Website Care + Growth System — Starter (full plan as described in WMA §1.3)
  • Total benefit: Save $300 across your first three months ($100 off per month)

Path B — Discounted Pro with Annual Refresh

  • Months 1–3 (from your subscription start date): $297 CAD/month
  • Month 4 onward: $397 CAD/month (standard Pro rate)
  • Plan: Website Care + Growth System — Pro (full plan as described in WMA §1.3, including the Annual Data-Informed Design Refresh per WMA §2.7, which continues each anniversary year as long as you remain on Pro)
  • Total benefit: Save $300 across your first three months ($100 off per month), plus the annual refresh as part of Pro

Path C — Legacy Rate Held (existing customers only)

Available only to existing customers currently subscribed at less than $197 CAD/month.

  • Your current monthly rate and current service continue unchanged through September 30, 2026
  • Before September 30, 2026, you select your post-transition plan: standard Starter ($197/month) or standard Pro ($397/month)
  • On October 1, 2026 (or your first billing cycle on or after that date), you move to your selected standard plan at standard pricing
  • If you don’t elect a plan before September 30, 2026, we’ll contact you to discuss your options before any pricing change takes effect — no surprise billing changes

How to claim

  • New customers: Subscribe to Starter or Pro via our public sign-up page before May 30, 2026. Path A or Path B pricing applies automatically based on the plan you select.
  • Existing customers: Reply to your transition email or contact support@co-creative.digital with your chosen path before May 30, 2026. Your transition timing (first billing cycle under the new pricing) will be confirmed individually based on your current billing date.

After May 30, 2026

After 11:59 PM Pacific on May 30, 2026:

  • Path A and Path B introductory pricing closes for both new sign-ups and any existing customers who didn’t elect a path during the promotion window
  • Standard published pricing applies to all new Growth System Plan subscriptions
  • Existing customers who chose Path C retain their legacy rate through September 30, 2026 per the terms above
  • Existing customers who didn’t choose any path before May 30 will be invited to subscribe at standard published pricing

What this promotion doesn’t change

These promotional terms apply only to the price of your Growth System Plan during the discount window. Everything else — the service scope, plan inclusions, support coverage, cancellation rights, defensibility commitments, content acceptance standards, and all other rights and obligations — remains exactly as described in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Website Management Agreement (WMA).

In particular:

  • You can cancel at any time per WMA §6 (15 days’ notice before next billing cycle); choosing a path under this promotion does not lock you into a longer commitment than the WMA already specifies
  • Wallet credits, usage rates, and overage policies follow WMA §1.5 normally throughout
  • Annual billing options (per WMA §1.3) are available within Path A and Path B if you prefer to pre-pay yearly — the introductory discount applies to the equivalent of three monthly billing cycles regardless of your chosen billing cadence

Combination with other offers

This launch promotion cannot be combined with:

  • Any other promotional discount or coupon code
  • Affiliate referral commissions are paid on the standard rate the referred customer pays once any promotional pricing expires, not on promotional pricing itself (see Affiliate Agreement)

Relationship to MSA and WMA

By claiming any path under this promotion, you accept and agree to:

  • The Master Services Agreement (effective April 23, 2026, as amended)
  • The Website Management Agreement (effective April 23, 2026, as amended)

Where these promotion terms conflict with the MSA or WMA, these promotion terms control for the duration of your promotional period. After your promotional period ends, the MSA and WMA govern in full.
