Pro is for customers who want us to build alongside them—done-with-you setup, first campaign launched in 2 weeks, quarterly strategy calls, and an annual design refresh of your existing site or funnels. Most customers pick Pro because the time to launch marketing is meaningfully faster.

For now, Pro signups are limited to 4 per month so our team can scale with our customers’ needs, to onboard them the right way the first time and set them up for success. We invest $1000+ in onboarding time for every account signup (Starter & Pro). After we onboard you and your team, we give each customer one week to work on their account, workflows, and integrations, then a second week to touch base with us to address anything that is missing, needs revision, rethinking or requires a quick fix.

Signups that exceed our capacity are waitlisted until the next period. In this case, your subscription will be paused until your Pro plan onboarding week starts. Stripe, PayPal, Square, NMI, Authorize.net, and others through Co-Create CRM’s native integrations. For specialised processors—including ones that serve work mainstream platforms refused—we’ll help you scope the right setup. You’re not locked into any one payment provider.

You own your data. Export contacts, pipelines, forms, and content from Co-Create CRM™ at any time using the platform’s built-in export tools. WordPress site exports (full database + files) are provided on request for $150 CAD, or we’ll perform the full migration to another host at our hourly rate. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then delete it.

Multiple layers. As we’ve said, your CRM runs on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure—the same security standard used by Fortune 500 companies. Your WordPress site has security hardening, malware scanning, firewall protection, and daily backups to redundant offsite storage. We monitor for issues and act on them—you don’t have to.

For higher-risk work (advocacy, health-freedom, cultural commentary), we apply our defensibility playbook: critical content lives on self-hosted WordPress where you control the infrastructure, while the CRM handles operations. We’ve kept clients online through years of escalating platform enforcement using exactly this approach.

Almost never, as long as you’re playing fair and square with us, and you’re not defaulting on late payments. Our standard is Canadian law—if your work is legal under Canadian law, we’ll generally work to support it, even when third-party platforms won’t. We’ve stayed with advocacy, health-freedom, and cultural-work clients through enforcement waves that would have ended their relationships with mainstream agencies.

The exceptions are spelled out in our Website Management Agreement Section 4: content involving minors in any sexual context (including illustrations or otherwise), non-consent or trafficking, bestiality, or direct incitement to violence. These are absolute prohibitions, regardless of where they’re hosted. Beyond those, we’ll work with you to keep your work online—including helping you compartmentalize content across infrastructure (some on self-hosted WordPress, where you have the most defensibility, some on the CRM, where third-party policies apply).

Fighting back against cancel culture and targeted attacks on your brand’s reputation, snotty-nosed teenage patsies and hackers from the deep state, secret societies, the Far Right, Trump, Klaus Schwab’s mechanical grandchildren, the Cartels, Illuminati, aliens, and whatever else gets in the way of telling your story online the way you intended, is just one of our specialties. Trust us, your enemies do not want us to break out our secret Avengers team of digital superheroes and Gods. NO CAP.

So if a third-party platform we integrate with—a payment processor, email provider, or SMS carrier—removes you from their service, we’ll help you migrate to alternatives if they weren’t already set up. The only thing we can’t do is force a third-party platform to keep serving you—we don’t have a monopoly on violence; only government regulators can do that.
